Start off with the pistol to keep the stronger ammo for the 2nd stage. Unload every weapon you have on her and hopefully she will go into the 2nd stage of the battle. She is a rather tough enemy so try to keep your distance. As soon as you find the doctor, hand him the doll and the boss battle will begin.

Now continue and save (imminent boss battle). The order to go is: 1st lever to the right, 2nd lever to the right, middle lever, 1st lever on the left, 1st lever on the right, middle lever. You will now reach a section with 6 fans (make sure to get the collectible BEFORE activating any fan). Go through the right one, cut down the wall, use the lever and drop down the vent shaft. Continue until you reach a section with 3 fans. Left to get the crowbar (which I strongly recommend for the end boss) and right to continue.

Continue on the path, climb down the ladder and drop to the next area. Jump across the gap, across the ventilator and descend the ventilator shaft. Follow the path, jump across the gap and upon hitting the rails go left. Go through the door and go left where Josh appears. Get the key, open the box and after another cutscene you wake up in a sort of twisted mine. Enter the clinic, examine the children's examination room and kill the now appeared nurses to enter the office of the doctor. Head down the main road and get to the marked position after the cutscene. Continue to the main chamber and after the small battle, go through Gate 15, up the ladder and finish the sewers. Crouch through to reunite with her and continue towards spillway, up the ladder and pull the lever. Head to Gate 8, open it and run all the way back to Gate 4. Go in there and in a small room behind the save point is the map of the sewers. Break it open and activate the valve to lower the water. Go down and through Gate 3 to follow the path until you reach a closed metal fence on your left. Upon defeating him, you get an achievement and wake up in the police station. Hit him with heavy attacks when his head is down (you stumbled him) and continue until the button prompt appears to finish him. In his 2nd stage he is on his hands so attack his hands with heavy attacks to make him stumble. He has only 2 smash attacks and 1 grab attack so make sure you time it right to evade them. Destroy the 5 hanging meat sacks with any weapon (I recomend melee) to enter the 2nd stage. He isn't that hard, considering that you know what to do. Talk to the Major and that will trigger the boss fight. Try to open the door, step back to the other and wait for the paradigm shift to finish so you can enter the last room. Head through it and after the cutscene go outside. Now go back to the voice and claim the key to open the strange door in front of the painting you cut through. Crawl into room 503, go down the hole and find the 3rd memory in the bathroom. Continue one floor up (through the boarded up wall to the staircase) and get through room 505 to 507 to get the 2nd memory on the bed.

Now go into room 404 over 402 (move the shelf away) and reclaim memory 1 out of the bathroom sink. Now, head right, through the tunnel and in room 309 up the hole on the shelf (need to break open the boarded up wall to enter the room). Talk to the woman and promise to reclaim her memories. Leave the elevator, go through the picture and continue to the left.
